Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on products once they have been opened or used.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
3. Missing or Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please:

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. However, we will work with you to resolve any delivery issues where possible.
4. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer product exchanges unless an item was received in error.
