Terms & Conditions - the basics

By purchasing from Good Life Skin Care, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing. We accept manual bank transfers only. Payment confirmation (screenshot or receipt) must be submitted via WhatsApp (876-436-4974) or email (info@goodlifeskincarecollection.com).

2. Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We offer delivery through third-party couriers. Delivery times may vary by location. For Kingston customers, pickup is available and must be arranged after payment.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our skincare products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

4. Custom & Digital Products

All custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Be sure to verify all ingredients or scent choices before placing your order.
Digital products (eBooks, guides, etc.) are delivered via download and are also non-refundable. Sharing or reselling digital content is prohibited.

5. Product Use & Safety

Our products are made with natural ingredients for external use only. Results may vary. We recommend a patch test before use. Good Life Skin Care is not liable for allergic reactions or skin issues. Consult your doctor for specific concerns.

6. International Orders

We accept international orders on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or delivery delays. Contact us before ordering internationally to confirm availability and shipping costs.

7. Loyalty Program

Earn rewards every time you shop! Points can be used for discounts on future orders. Good Life Skin Care reserves the right to change or cancel the program at any time.

8. Privacy & Data
