Domestic Shipping (Jamaica)

• Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days

• Courier Options: Knutsford Express, Zipmail, or local delivery services

• Shipping Fee: JMD $700-$1000, depending on location. Free shipping on orders over JMD $10,000.

International Shipping

• We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

• Delivery times vary based on destination, but typically range from 3–21 business days.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

• Customs and import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (if applicable).

Delays

• While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues.
